The province’s Phones4Youth program will distribute smartphones from Telus to every B.C. youth in care age 13 or older over the next two months, according to a release from the provincial government.
“There were many who are opposed and I don’t know whether there’s many who support it. I don’t know because you didn’t see to that,” said Director Leanne Salter, who indicated she is not satisfied with the proposed cell tower location’s consultation process.
