A generator was also stolen from the Errington volunteer fire department and thieves targeted unlocked vehicles in Parksville and Qualicum Beach.
Oceanside RCMP are looking for the owner of a blue and white windsurf board that was found in Qualicum Beach.
During this time period the Oceanside RCMP received 246 complaints.
Six families had baskets delivered to them by the RCMP and victim services this week.
Oceanside RCMP received 259 complaints between Dec. 6 and Dec. 12.
A 52-year-old man is dead following a head on collision in Qualicum Beach yesterday, according to RCMP.
Complaints to RCMP included a stolen vehicle, counterfeit money and stolen Christmas decorations.
Police said the man “displayed a total disregard for people, their property or their business.”
Complaints included stolen Christmas decorations, bikes and theft from unlocks vehicles.
