The Indigenous-owned airline was greeted with a water arch salute when its plane, Sweetgrass Warrior, touched down at Vancouver airport. 
One third of respondents said they would take the flight at least four times per year, while 29 per cent said they would fly one to three times in a year.
Iskwew Air could start service with two or three flights per week and continue to expand in response to demand, according to Teara Fraser, founder and lead executive.
