Parksville council will hold several open budget deliberation meetings to discuss the city’s 2022-2026 financial plan.
The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. on March 23, March 30, April 13 and April 25 (if required) in the Parksville Civic and Technology Centre forum.
Members of the public can get involved by attending the meetings in person, submitting comments via email and posting on Let’s Talk Parksville, the city’s public engagement website.
Emailed (council@parksville.ca) comments for council consideration should be received by 4 p.m. one business day prior to the meeting, according to the city.
The budget deliberation meetings will be live-streamed and archived on the city’s YouTube channel. The budget and financial plan can be accessed from the city’s website.
