Parksville drivers can expect traffic delays near the Moilliet Street and Despard Avenue intersection this month.
Ongoing utility and road construction work near 377 Moilliet St means there will be single lane alternating traffic in the area from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Feb. 28, according to a media release by the city’s engineering department.
Emergency vehicles will have access through the work area. The city asks drivers to use an alternate route and avoid the work zone, if possible.
Two-way traffic will be reinstated at the end of each day.
