Part of Parksville’s community park reopened today (Jan. 3) after being closed due to flooding.

Sandcastle Drive to Arbutus Point remains closed due to flooding on the road, according to the City of Parksville.

The city announced Parksville Community Park was closed on Jan. 2, after a large amount of snow melted and flooded parts of the park. All other city parks are open for public use.
