Nanaimo RCMP looking for person who missed ‘required’ hospital treatment

The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating 25-year-old Tara-Marie Connor.

Connor failed to show up to Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for “required treatment” on Dec. 20, according to an RCMP media release. Police said the treatment is essential and caregivers are concerned for Connor.

Connor identifies as a man and is 5 ft. 5, 180 lbs with long brown hair and blue eyes. The picture provided is recent. 

Connor is known to frequent emergency shelters throughout Nanaimo, according to police.

Anyone with information on the location of Connor can call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345 and quote file #2021-46807.
