Oceanside RCMP dealt with 103 traffic-related complaints in November, including the following incidents that involved drug or alcohol-related driving offences:
-A traffic stop resulted in a 24 hour suspension for driving while affected by drugs and impoundment of a vehicle in Nanoose Bay, on Nov. 2.
-A single motor vehicle incident resulted in a refusal of a road side breath test with a 90-day driving suspension and vehicle impoundment in Nanoose Bay, on Nov. 13.
-A single motor vehicle incident resulted in the failure of a road side breath test with a 90-day driving suspension and vehicle impoundment in Parksville, on Nov. 14.
-A single motor vehicle incident resulted in the failure of a road side breath test with a 90-day driving suspension and vehicle impoundment in Nanoose Bay, on Nov. 15.
-A traffic stop resulted in the failure of a road side breath test with a 90-day driving suspension and vehicle impoundment in Parksville, on Nov. 15.
-A single motor vehicle incident resulted in the failure of a road side breath test with a 90-day driving suspension and vehicle impoundment in Nanoose Bay, on Nov. 19.
