Errington Volunteer Fire Department (EVFD) hopes to add a valuable new tool to its emergency response operations.
Police believe the crash occurred when a woman lost control of her vehicle, crossed over the meridian and collided with a driver travelling the opposite direction.
Areas near the water could see between 5-15 cm and residents further inland could see up to 25 cm today. The snow is expected to fall through the afternoon, according to Environment Canada.
The first reported occurrence was on Dec. 1, when a man purchased several antiques with three $100 bills. Police said the suspect was described as extremely aggressive and managed to persuade the clerk to agree to the purchase.
