With the final town council decision approaching for Pheasant Glen’s resort development proposal, I believe there are many reasons why the resort development is good for me, my family and my town.
Our town is in desperate need of tourist accommodation, off-season accommodation and “destinations” such as the championship golf course that is Pheasant Glen’s large rental unit pool. It also ties into the biking, walking and hiking trails very nicely.
This development project will mean jobs — both construction and permanent — ongoing tax revenues, and no cost to the town for the site services.
