The Hallmark Channel series Chesapeake Shores will again be filming in the Parksville Community Park, according to the city.

Filming will take place at the Arbutus Point roundabout and on the beach near the point on June 26, the city said in a media release.

To accommodate filming, the parking area at Arbutus Point will be used by crews from early morning until late afternoon on June 26. There will be intermittent road detours to allow for filming. As usual, Chesapeake Shores will have traffic control personnel on site and there will be signage posted at the entrance to the park, the city said.

“We are aware this may be an inconvenience; however, we are pleased to be able to accommodate Chesapeake Shores’ fifth season in Parksville. We appreciate the public’s patience as we accommodate their requests,” reads the release.
