Oceanside RCMP, Parksville Fire Rescue and BC Ambulance services responded to a “human tragedy” at French Creek bridge Friday morning.
No foul play was suspected in the incident, according to Cpl Jesse Foreman.
“As per policy we will not be reporting on it,” he said in an email to Oceanside News.
There is no additional information and Foreman said BC Coroners Service has taken over the investigation.
