Parksville residents will have a chance to speak one on one with the mayor next month.

The 15 minute virtual chats can be booked for March 4 or March 18 and replace the in-person Coffee with the Mayor events, which have not been held since summer 2020 due to pandemic concerns.

“These virtual drop-in chats with Mayor Mayne will provide a chance for casual conversation from your home, office or wherever you might be,” reads a release from the city. Residents can connect face-to-face by joining with video or by audio only.

Anyone interested can email communications@parksville.ca to book a time slot between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The city will confirm a time and email instructions for connecting.
