Nanaimo RCMP looking for man wanted on Canada wide immigration warrant

Nanaimo RCMP is asking for public assistance finding a man wanted on a Canada wide immigration warrant for overstaying his status.

Police said Romey O’Neill rented a blue Kia Forte sedan with BC plate JW690D, in Nanaimo on Nov. 13 and never returned the vehicle. O’Neill was dropped off at the rental agency by a woman driving a white Mitsubishi Lancer, according to RCMP.

O’Neill is a 26-year-old Caucasian male, 6 ft. 2, 160 lbs with brown hair and green eyes. Police said he is associated with residences in Bowser, Quadra Island and Cortes Island.
