Fire training vehicle stolen in Qualicum Beach; Oceanside crime report Nov. 8 – 14

Fire Training Vehicle Stolen (File #2020-11668) 

A non-drivable vehicle donated for fire department training was reported stolen in the 3200 block of Alberni Highway, Qualicum Beach, on Nov. 9.

Stolen Garden Decorations (File #2020- 11636)

An estimated $150 worth of garden decorations were reported stolen in the 300 block of Garrett Road, Qualicum Beach, on Nov. 8.

Stolen Camera (File #2020-11780) 

A black Olympus OMD-Mark 1 camera and a lawn motor battery were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Fairwind Ave., Parksville, on Nov. 12.

Break and Enter (File #2020-11637) 

A residential break-and-enter was reported in the 300 block of Banks Ave. E, Parksville, on Nov.8 and a suspect was arrested.

Stolen Cash Box (File #2020-11641) 

An honour system cash box was reported stolen in the 4800 block of Island Highway West, Qualicum Beach, on Nov. 8.

Paddle Board Stolen (File #2020-11772) 

An inflatable paddle board was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Reid Road, Parksville, on Nov. 12. It was found eight days later.

Stolen License Plate (File #2020-11679) 

BC plate FV149W was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Kerr Road, Coombs, on Nov. 9.

Vehicle Rummaged Through (File #2020-800076)

A vehicle was reported rummaged through in the 800 block of Beach Road, Qualicum Beach, on Nov. 9. There was no damage to vehicle.

Residential Break and Enter (File #2020-11698) 

A residential break-and-enter was reported in the 200 block of Morison Ave., Parksville, on Nov. 10.

Cash Stolen From Vehicle (File #2020-11721) 

Health food bars and cash were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Sunningdale Road East, Qualicum Beach, on Nov. 10. There was no damage to vehicle.

License Plate Theft (File #2020-1774) 

BC licence plate GA922T was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Cheney Avenue, Parksville, on Nov. 12.
